  MYERSTOWN Gladys A. Myers, 94, died Monday, August 6, 2012 at the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Roger H. Myers who died July 
  3, 1999. Born in Cressona on October 16, 1917, she was the daughter of the late 
  Samson R. and Stella I. (Tobias) Huff. She attended Cressona schools for 11 
  years and graduated from Pottsville High School in 1935. A member of Mt. Aetna 
  Bible Church, she previously taught Sunday School at the Hebron Church for many 
  years and enjoyed collecting turtles. She is survived by a son, David L. 
  husband of Karen Myers of Myerstown; sister-in-law, Shirley Myers of Lebanon; 
  two grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 
  She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas R. Myers. Funeral services will be 
  held Friday at 11 a.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Avenue, 
  Myerstown, preceded by a viewing at 10 a.m. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery, 
  Myerstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Aetna 
  Bible Church.
