  CORNWALL Marian Oest, 91, passed away peacefully at her home in Cornwall on 
  Friday, August 10, 2012. Marian, the daughter of Henry and Dorothea Wrede, was 
  born in Bremerhaven, Germany, on April 14 1921. Marian loved bridge, reading, 
  and antiquing. Marian and her husband, William, raised their two children in 
  Syosset, N.Y. Services will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church on Monday, 
  August 20, at 10:30 followed by a brief service at Ft. Indiantown Gap National 
  Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served in the church hall at 12:15 a.m. 
  Marian is survived by her two children, Christine, and Douglas and his wife, 
  Patricia; and her two grandchildren, Christopher and Patrick. Her special love 
  was creating a warm and inviting home for family life and entertaining friends. 
  Marian was a devoted mother and her family will dearly miss her.
