Pavone HERSHEY Dominic Anthony Pavone, 87, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at his home. He was born Wednesday, August 27, 1924, in Hershey to the late Carmine and Julia (Rastelli) Pavone. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Joan (Baldori) Pavone in 1987. He was a 1942 graduate of Hershey High School and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and served faithfully as choir director for 50 years. He was a loving family man and enjoyed spending time with friends. He is survived by two sons, Anthony D. Pavone and wife, Mary Lou of Annville, and Andrew J. Pavone and wife, Linda of Palmyra; a daughter, Regina M. Pavone and companion, Charmaine DeFrancesco of Miami, Fla.; five grandchildren, Meghan Miller and husband, Donald of Chambersburg, Amanda Pavone of Hershey, Christopher Pavone of Annville, Dominic and Maria Pavone of Palmyra; one sister, Nanetta Bucciarelli. He was predeceased by three brothers, Belviso, Herman, and Louis Pavone; four sisters, Mary Colaniro, Marion Memmi, Jennie Iacavone, and Rose Divittore. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 1 p.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church with Father Brian J. Wayne as celebrant. Family and friends are invited for viewing on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078.
