  HUMMELSTOWN Gary L. Phillippy, 56, died on Monday, March 19, 2012, at M.S. 
  Hershey Medical Center. He was born on Monday, April 18, 1955 to Kenneth 
  Phillippy and Dorothy Phillippy nee Bender in Lebanon. Surviving are brother, 
  Thomas spouse of Joanne Phillippy; sister, Beverly Phillippy; nephews, Thomas 
  Phillippy, Jr. friend of Danielle, David Phillippy; great-niece, Skylynn 
  Phillippy; great-nephew, Brayden Phillippy. He was preceded in death by 
  brother, Denny Phillippy. Viewing will be on Friday, from 10 to 11 a.m. at 
  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services 
  will be on Friday, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Pleasant 
  Hill Chapel Cemetery, following the service. Memorial contributions may be 
  made to Kidney Foundation of Central PA.   Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. is 
  honored to serve the family with the arrangements.
