  KINGWOOD, TX Dorothy K. Phillips, 77, born January 13, 1935, in Lebanon, 
  passed away March 3, 2012 in Kingwood, Texas. Surviving are her husband of 54 
  years Richard S. Phillips Jr.; her daughter, Audrey and husband, Jeffrey 
  Crichton; her son, Richard and wife, Melody Phillips; and grandchildren, 
  Mackenzie and Adam Phillips. Also, surviving are two brothers, Rodney Kotay 
  and Milevoy Kotay; two sisters, Pearl Moeschlin and Pauline Kotay; numerous 
  nieces and nephews, family and friends. Husband Richard's career necessitated 
  several relocations thru the years. Dorothy embraced each move with a spirit 
  of adventure to build new relationships and lifelong friendships wherever she 
  went. A memorial service will be held on March 31, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the 
  Rohland Funeral Home 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA.
