  PALMYRA Dawn Elizabeth (Schroeder) Plant, 60, passed away on Sunday, January 
  29, 2012. She was born Sunday, May 27, 1951 in St. Paul, Minn., to the late 
  Eldon and Lenora (Carlson) Schroeder. She is survived by her loving husband of 
  41 years, A. Harold (Skip) Plant, Jr. A beloved mother and grandmother, Dawn 
  is survived by three daughters, Alissa M. Plant, Megan J. Bliss and husband 
  Richard, and Robin E. Plant; two grandsons, Jacob and Jeremiah Bliss; a 
  sister, Diane Zimmerman and husband Thomas; a brother, David Schroeder and 
  wife Betzi. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11 
  a.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home, 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, with Rev. Daniel Derk 
  officiating. Family and friends are invited for viewing from 10 a.m. until 
  time of the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. 
  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Dawn's honor to a 
  charity that she supported: Grandma's Comfort, a provider of handcrafted and 
  other personal items to women and families in crisis.
