Reich A Special Person departed this life Thursday, January 26, 2012. Doris Louise Baum Reich was known as "Dollie" for her entire life span of 82 years. She was the daughter of Margaret "Maggie" Baum, wife of Howard E. Reich, and sister to Peggy Strohm, Barbara Hartman, and Jimmie Baum, all predeceased. She will be greatly missed by her large extended family, Virginia (James) Burke or New York, Roxann Belle of Lebanon, Timothy (Cheryl) Reich of Lebanon, Penny (Doug) Johnson of Hummelstown, and Matthew (Julie) Reich of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Richard (Rene') Burke, Ginger (Tom) Champain, Angela (Chad McCormick) Brunner, Tyrone (Amy Flocken) Brunner, Cory (Beth Boyer) Reich, Christopher Reich, Honey Lynn (Chris) Hatalysky, Bryan Yeager, Casey Yeager, Haylie Reich, and Sierra Reich; her great-grandchildren, Jake and Luke Champain, Quincy Wansel, Kiante', Savannah, Tyrell, and Ty'Lynn Brunner, Trey and Bryn Reich, Stephanie, Katrina, and Chyanne. Most important to her are her sister, Karen Mitchell, and her brother, Edmund Baum; two cousins, Dolores and Darlene, as well as their families; her brother-in-law, David (Donna) Reich and their families; and brother-in-law, Kenneth Hartman and his family. She appreciated her very special friends through the years: Jane Cek, who held her hand so much; her classmates of 1947, who she faithfully kept track of; and her card playing buddies and candy making groups. Thank you to her neighbor, "Skip", who watched over her, and Ross Boyd, who guided her spiritually through her life and the lives of her children. Thank you to the staff of Compassionate Care Hospice. Thank you to Dr. Schrenk, Dr. Header, Dr. Joffy, Dr. Mohammed, Dr. Bush, Dr. Melnick, and Dr. Early. Special thanks to the staff at Elm Croft. Doris will be placed beside her husband of 47 years at 10 a.m. on March 17, 2012, at Kimmerling's Cemetery, Lebanon. All are welcome who knew "Dollie."
