  LEBANON Lisa Ann Ruiz, 46, passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 20, 2012 
  in Hershey Medical Center. She was born in Lebanon on December 19, 1965, 
  daughter of Richard and Carol Scaramuzzino Lefever. Lisa was a 1985 graduate 
  of Cedar Crest High School and was employed by Schott Pharmaceuticals, Lebanon 
  for almost three years. Lisa enjoyed playing bingo, fishing, trips to the 
  casino and spending time with family and friends. Throughout her life she was 
  always spreading joy and happiness unto others. Her grandchildren were her two 
  pride and joys. Lisa is survived by her companion of 20+ years Terry White of 
  Lebanon; daughter, Ashley DeSevo and husband Bryan of New Jersey; grandsons, 
  Brayden Michael DeSevo and Patryck Ryan DeSevo; sister, Denise Kreiser and 
  husband Steven of Lebanon; brothers, Richard Scaramuzzino and wife Patricia of 
  Lebanon, Gary Scaramuzzino of Lebanon, Michael Lefever of Lebanon; several 
  nieces and nephews; and her dog, Shaela. She was preceded in death by her 
  grandparents and her loving dog, Tessa. Funeral service will be held on 
  Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon, 
  where a viewing will begin at 12 noon until the time of the service.
