  Leah R. Rutter 
   
  JONESTOWN Leah R. Rutter, 93, went home to heaven on Saturday, March 17, 2012, 
  at the Mt. Hope Nazarene Retirement Community. She was the wife of John H. 
  Rutter who died on January 19, 2012. Born in Pine Grove, she was the daughter, 
  of the late Raymond and Esther Zerbe Kutz. She was a member of the Church of 
  the Brethren Chapel in Pine Grove. She is survived by her sons, Johnny Rutter, 
  Jr., of Pine Grove, Amos husband of Jean Rutter of Phoenix, Ariz., and James 
  R. husband of Diane Rutter of Fontana; her daughter, Naomi L. wife of Daniel 
  Alspaugh of Jonestown; brothers, Samuel Kutz, David Kutz and John Kutz all of 
  Pine Grove; 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded 
  in death by her son, Jason Rutter; brothers, Laben and Amos Kutz and a sister, 
  Mary Kutz. Funeral services will be held on Friday, at 2 p.m. at the Kreamer & 
  Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd. Viewing will be one 
  hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Wolf's Union Meeting House 
  Cemetery, Bethel Twp.
