M shabodeho@aol.com September 23, 2012, 8:18 pm Published in Lebanon Daily News on September 19, 2012 LEBANON Jason Daniel Sees, 21, died at his home on Sunday, September 16, 2012. He was born in Hershey, on May 10, 1991. He attended Cornwall Elementary School, where he earned the President's Award for Academic Excellence and the Citizenship Award, Cedar Crest Middle School, and Cedar Crest High School. He attended boarding school for his junior year, where he earned a varsity letter in cross country and played junior varsity basketball. He was honored as a Commended student in the National Merit Scholarship program. He returned to Cedar Crest for his senior year, where he graduated in 2009, and was an active member of the Cedar Crest marching band. He worked several summers at the Jigger Shop in Mt. Gretna and had attended college at Penn State Harrisburg. Jason loved music, reading, and video games, and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers. He was a kind, intelligent young man and will be terribly missed by his parents, Jack and Donna Sees; brother, Scott; and sister, Sharon. His maternal grandparents are Rose Mancini of Lansdale and the late Vincent Mancini. His paternal grandparents are Jack and Nancy Sees of Danville. He is also survived by 10 aunts and uncles and 13 cousins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at 4 p.m. from the Kreamer and Lum Funeral Home and Crematory, Camp Meeting Road and Rt. 72 North, Jonestown. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Viewing will be held on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Alliance for Mental Illness in memory of Jason Sees, and sent to NAMI, Arlington, Va.
