  Joan M. Smith 
  
  ONO Joan M. Smith (nee Cabana) 73, died on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Robert L. Smith, Sr., who died October 
  11, 2011. She was born on Thursday, August 18, 1938, to the late Katherine 
  Sheehan Cabana in Boston, Mass. Joan retired from Penn National Race Course. 
  She enjoyed traveling, going to craft shows, snacking, and absolutely adored 
  shopping. She lived in Ono, formerly of Lebanon. Surviving are sons, David F. 
  Smith of Lebanon, and Robert L., Jr., spouse of Barbara Smith of Lebanon; 
  daughters, Lynn M., spouse of Christopher Mulholland of Lebanon, and Joni 
  Reigle of Maryland; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two 
  sisters; and one brother. She was preceded in death by three brothers and 
  three sisters. No services will be held per Joan's request. In lieu of 
  flowers, contributions may be made for the care of David F. Smith.
