  FREDERICKSBURG Maybelle Spannuth, 68, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 
  2012, at the Manor Care Health Services. She was a companion of Terry Kreiser 
  for over 30 years. Born on May 15, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Earl 
  and Bertha Spannuth. She worked as a kitchen helper at Hershey Medical Center 
  until her retirement in June Funeral services will be Monday, August 20, 2012, 
  at 11 a.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting 
  Rd., Jonestown. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service on Monday. 
  Interment will be at the Zion Goshert's Mt. Zion Cemetery.
