"Buck" Spesak, 89, of Waterbridge at Pine Grove, died Friday, August 10, 2012, in the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Gladys M. Good Spesak. Born in New Kensington, on July 30, 1923, he was the son of the late Julia Spesak. He was a retired core maker for the Lebanon Steel Foundry. Buck was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII who fought in the Battle of the Bulge and received the Bronze Star. He was a member of St. Cecelia Catholic Church, Lebanon, Lebanon and Annville Senior Centers, and the Jonestown American Legion. He was an avid golfer who scored five holes in one, with two of them being in the same round. Surviving are a son, Dale T. Spesak of Manheim; three grandchildren, Elaine Wile, Timothy Spesak, and Kimberly Lamar; one great-grandchild, Brandon Wile; two great-great-grandchildren, Daniel and Gianna Wile; and a stepbrother, Ralph Templin of Sugar Grove, Ill. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Elaine Marie Spesak. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be held in Grand View Memorial Park with full military honors. Viewing will be held on Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
