  LEBANON Phyllis M. Tatar, 75, passed away Friday, September 7, 2012 at the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital. Born in Lebanon on September 26, 1936, Phyllis was a 
  daughter of the late John S. and Mary C. (Obrljan) Tatar. Phyllis worked as a 
  Nursing Assistant at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. She was a member of St. 
  Mary's Church, Lebanon. She is survived by two sisters, Frances Ann, wife of 
  Ronald Bomberger of Manheim and Dolores Tatar of Miami, Fla.; two nieces, one 
  nephew, one great-niece and one great-nephew. Funeral Mass Monday, October 1, 
  2012 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon, 17046. Interment 
  at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the 
  church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's 
  Church, Lebanon, Pa., or St. Cecilia's Church,  Lebanon, Pa., or Cedar Haven, 
  Lebanon, Pa. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
