  LANCASTER Joyce (Ayers) Twigg, 87, passed away at Homestead Village, 
  Lancaster, on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. She was the widow of Jay E. Twigg, who 
  died in 2009. Born in Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late Merton and 
  Carrie Albright Ayers. Joyce, Jay and their family ran Twigg Distributing in 
  Lancaster for many years, retiring in 1995. For many years she was an active 
  member of the Manheim Twp. Woman's Club, the Lancaster Soroptimist Club, and 
  St. Matthews Lutheran Church of Lancaster. She is survived by a daughter, Kay 
  Ankeny of Lititz; son, Dennis Twigg, husband of Carolyn of Wrightsville; two 
  grandsons, Christopher Ankeny and Ryan Twigg, husband of Christie; and a great-
  granddaughter, Molli Twigg.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 
  19, at 11 a.m. at the Richard H. Heisey Funeral Home, 216 S. Broad St., 
  Lititz, preceded by a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. The graveside service in 
  Grandview Memorial Park, Annville, will be at 12 noon.
