  LEBANON Joan F. Zidik, 82, formerly of Richland, died Wednesday, June 13, 
  2012, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of James A. 
  Zidik, to whom she would have been married 63 years on November 19, 2012. Born 
  in Richland, on June 11, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and 
  Sallie (Risser) Forry. A 1948 graduate of Richland High School, she worked as 
  a sales clerk at Millardsville True Value, Myerstown, until her retirement. 
  She was a member of the Neptune Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, Richland, and 
  attended the VA chapel. An avid Phillies fan, she enjoyed talking, playing 
  Bingo, going to the casino, and taking care of her family. She was a former 
  judge of elections for the Richland Borough for many years and volunteered at 
  the Lebanon VA Medical Center for 34 years. In addition to her husband, she is 
  survived by daughters, Alicia, wife of Fred Keesey of Lebanon, Stephanie Zidik 
  of Lebanon, and Tina Haser of Lebanon; brother, George Forry of Richland; 
  granddaughter, Tara Eisenhauer; great-granddaughters, Vyktoria, Hayli, and 
  Chloe; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, 
  Olive, Mary, Alice, and Laura; and brother, Fred. A memorial service will be 
  held Thursday, June 21, 2012, at 11 a.m. from Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. 
  Washington Ave., Myerstown. A visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Interment 
  will be held at the convenience of the family at Holy Cross Cemetery, Lebanon. 
  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
