  LEBANON Elmer Eli Zimmerman, 91, died Friday, February 24, 2012, in his home. 
  He was the husband of Esther M. Zimmerman Zimmerman, to whom he was married 65 
  years. He was born February 10, 1921, in East Earl Township, Lancaster County, 
  a son of the late Eli M. and Christianna S. Zimmerman Zimmerman. Elmer was a 
  retired farmer and a member of the Mt. Zion Mennonite Church of the Weaverland 
  Conference. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons, Rufus, husband of 
  Arlene Reiff Zimmerman, Elmer Jr., husband of Vera Reiff Zimmerman, and Wayne, 
  husband of Rosanna Hoover Zimmerman, all of Lebanon, and Abram, husband of 
  Mary Ellen Nolt Zimmerman of Ephrata; 24 grandchildren; 31 great-
  grandchildren; brother, Paul, husband of Anna Nolt Zimmerman of Myerstown; and 
  sister, Martha Zimmerman, wife of the late Paul M. Zimmerman of Ephrata. He 
  was preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Zimmerman; brothers, Ivan, Harry, 
  Phares, and John Adin Zimmerman; and sister, Anna Mary Redcay. Funeral service 
  will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the Mt. Zion Mennonite Church, Deep 
  Run Road, Myerstown. Interment will be made in the adjoining church cemetery. 
  Viewing will be on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Fairview Mennonite 
  Reception Center, 141 Jackson Road, Lebanon.
