Zombro, Sr., 51, died Sunday, January 29, 2012, in the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence, Linglestown. He was the husband of Susan L. Cottle Zombro to whom he was married 18 years. Born in Lebanon on August 3, 1960, he was the son of the late Theodore "Ted" Zombro and the late Jeanette R. Henning Ginnetto. Darren was a self-employed truck driver and a 1978 graduate of Cedar Crest High School. He was an avid bowler and Dallas Cowboys Fan and also loved watching NASCR, and professional wrestling. He loved mustangs, Kiss music, and going to see his favorite local band, Steel of Mechanicsburg. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Darren S., Jr. husband of Kristi of Lebanon, Eric R. Truong of Holiday, Florida; two daughters, Deannajo Zombro of Annville, Jasmine Nardone Cooper wife of Scott Cooper of Thorndike, Maine; a brother, Anthony J. Ginnetto of Boston, Mass.; two sisters, Angela M. wife of Jonathan Bender of Lebanon, Ronda L. wife of Michael Yordy of Reading; two brother-in-laws, Russell E., Jr. husband of Carla Cottle of Chelsea, Maine, Timothy C. Cottle and companion, Shirley White of Belgrade, Maine; grandchildren, Darren S. Zombro, III, Kamden Truong, Toby Allen Zombro, Leeta Marie Sherman, Brentin Alexander Sherman, Autumn Yvonne Marie Daly, Jacob Daly, Chrysta Daly, and his pet companion Chopper. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be in Covenant/Greenwood Cemetery, N. Lebanon Twp. Viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
