  Rev. Dr. James S. Mills
  
  The Rev. Doctor James S. Mills, a bishop of the United brethren Church, died at his home at 
  Annville, Lebanon County, Thursday, Sept. 16, in his 62d year.
  
  He was born in Ohio and entered upon church work at an early age.  He served congregations in 
  several states as pastor before his election as bishop.  He was known throughout his church as 
  one of its most aggressive men.
