David A. Rank, son of David F. Rank, of Jonestown, died in the Norristown 
hospital on Monday afternoon of typhoid fever.  Previous to his illness deceased 
worked in Norristown.

The body was taken to Jonestown by Undertaker H. G. Walter.

Deceased was the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Rank and was aged 24 years.  He was 
a member of Zion Ev. Lutheran church, Jonestown.  He was a young man of 
excellent character, had many friends and took much interest in the Democratic 
party of this county and on several occasions was a county commiteeman.
