David Scheirer, pastor of the Reformed church at Jonestown, this afternoon conducted funeral services over the remains of the late Miles Spangler. The funeral party arrived in this city at 1:05 o'clock, enroute to Jonestown, where services were conducted at the grave. Burial was made in the United Zion's cemetery. Among those who accompanied the body to Jonestown were Mrs. Barkey and Mrs. Seiders, of Harrisburg; Mrs. Seiver and daughter, Dorothy of Philadelphia and Mrs. Spangler, the boy's step-mother, of Glen Mills, with a sister, Miss Elizabeth Spangler. Funeral director, H. B. Strauss, had charge. Personals: Miss Sarah Spangler, of Carlisle, passed through Lebanon today enroute to attend the funeral of her brother, Miles Spangler, held at Jonestown this afternoon. Young Spangler was at the Glen Mills school and died on Tuesday. Mrs. Davis, wife of Dr. J. C. Davis, of Carlisle, was a visitor here today, enroute to attend the funeral of the late Miles Spangler.
