John Knerr (Lehigh County Orphans Court, 2 Sep 1825) To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphans Court of the County of Lehigh The Petition of Conrad Knerr second son and heir at Law of John Knerr late of Weisenberg Township in the said County of Lehigh yeoman decd. Humbly showeth that your Petitioners said Father died Intestate on or about the twelfth day of June last past, Leaving a widow named Catharina and Issue thirteen children, to wit, John the Eldest son, Conrad (your Petitioner), Abraham, Jacob , Isaac (who since died he left Issue but the number and sexes not known to you Petitioner as he resided in Northumberland County), Andrew, Daniel, Christian, Benjamin, Catharine, Gertraut the wife of Peter Seip, Magdelena the wife of John Eisenhart and Sarah the wife of Martin Seibert and that the said Intestate died Siezed in his dism___ as of fee of and in a Masuage Plantation and Tract of land Situate in the Township and County aforesaid bounded by lands of John Shumacher, Jonathan Acker, Daniel Folk, Jacob Muthart, Conrad Knerr, Peter Zimmerman, Jacob Fenstermacher, Nocholas Moyer, and other Containing about One hundred and fifty acres should the same be more or less with the appurtenances - your Petitioner therefore prays your honors to aword an inquest to make Partition of the premises aforesaid to and amongst the children and representatives of the said Intestate in such manner and in such proportions as by the laws of this Commonwealth is deceited, if such Partition Can be made without prejudice to or Spoiling of the whole but if such Partitions Cannot be made thereof as aforesaid, then to value and appraise to same, and further to inquire and assertain whether the same real Esatet within the appurtenances will Conveniently ___ dat_ more than one of the children of the said Intestate and if so ___ money of the said children, Anull?
