MRS. PAUL HESSER

  Word has been received in this city of the death of Mrs. Paul Hesser, 
of Hamilton avenue, Allentown, which occurred in that city on Saturday, 
December 30.  Mrs. Hesser, a cousin of Kenneth Stanley, of Logan 
township, had been in ill health for over a year, suffering with 
Bright's disease.  She underwent an operation in the Jefferson 
hospital, Philadelphia, less than two months ago, and on Monday of last 
week she began to sink and her death momentarily expected.  The funeral 
will take place in Allentown this morning.
