Woolever Jr sjaw@citlink.net 1885 Death of Mrs Adam Woolever Mrs Eliza Woolever, relict of the late Adam Woolever, died at her residence, at Hamilton Street, near Fifth, Allentown about 8 o'clock Saturday morning. Mrs Woolever had been ill for a long time, the trouble beginning about thirteen years ago, when she scratched her toe at a nail in her shoe. The member became sore, resulting in blood poisoning and gangrene. Several weeks ago she was taken to a medical hospital in Philadelphia by her attending physician, but very little relief, if any was had. Lately she was visited with a paralytic stroke. She was a daughter of Samuel Saylor, who died a few years ago, In 1857 while still residing with her parents in Hanover township, she was married to Mr Woolever, who died on Dec 24th, 1882.
