On the 25 day of November 1803, Benjamin Dorrance Esq. High Sheriff of Luzerne County came personally into court and in due form of law, sealed delivered executed and Acknowedged a Deed writed the 25 day of November 1803. Conveying to Lord Butler Esq. for the Consideration of Thirteen dollars Sixty four and a half cents, Three hundred sixty three Acres and three fourths of an acres with allowance to of the following tract of unseated land in said County, containing in the whole Four hundred eleven and three fourths acres. Taken _____ the names of Henry THOMPSON and Matthew CONARD by virtue of an order application or warrant from the land office of the late Province or now Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Situate adjoining Paul HOOPS and Peter DEHAVEN on the waters of Butter Milk Falls Creek. By virtue of a Warrant from the Commissioners of said County bearing test the 5 day of June last past.
