Funeral Thursday from the Adams avenue M. E. Church. HORAN - In Dunmore, Dec. 7, 1871, Margaret F. Horan, wife of Anthony Horan. Funeral to take place from his residence at 10 o'clock A. M. Saturday. AVERY - At the residence of Mr. Orson Graham, in Green Ridge, on Sunday morning, Miss Martha Avery, aged 16 years, 1 month, and 2 days. Funeral services will take place at the Penn Avenue Baptist church, Tuesday afternoon, at 1 o'clock. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. MALVEN - In Wilkes-Barre, Dec. 10th, Johnny, only son of David R. and Mary Malven, aged 7 years. Funeral this (Tuesday) afternoon at two o'clock. FILER - Yesterday morning about one o'clock, at her home, Edith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Filer, aged 4 years. The funeral will take place on Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock. LISK - Dec. 17th, at 11 o'clock P. M., at the residence of George Mann, esq., Mrs. Margaret Lisk, mother of the late Mrs. Catherine Mann, after a long and severe illness. She was born February 13th, 1798. Was a member of the M. E. Church for about forty years. She lived an earnest Christian life and departed in peace to receive her gracious reward. The funeral services will take place to-day at 2 P. M. at the Adams Avenue M. E. Church. SCHLAGER - On the morning of the 21st of December, 1871, of disease of the heart, Charles Schlager, of this city, aged 49 years. The funeral services will take place at the Presbyterian Church, Washington avenue, on Sunday, 24th inst., at 1 o'clock P. M. The relatives and friends of the family are invited to be present, together with the members of Schiller Lodge A. Y. M., and of the Masonic fraternity in general. Interment at Dunmore Cemetery.
