Will of Rufus Clark; In the name of God Amen, I Rufus Clark of Pittston in the 
County of Luzerne and State of Pennslvania, Yeoman, being weak in body but of 
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, considering the 
uncertainty of this mortal life, and being desirous of settling my wordly 
affairs, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and 
form following principally and first of all I command my immortal Soul into 
the hands of god who gave it,and my body to th eEarth therin to be buried in a 
decent and Christan like manner at the discretion of my excutor herinafter 
named, and as to the worldly estate wherewith it has pleased god to bl... me 
in this life, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner, viz) My 
debts and funeral charges first being paid I give to my beloved wife Phebe all 
and singular my real and personal property to be by her improved, used or 
disposed of as to her it shall seem good, Subject to the payment of the 
following legacies to witt: To my children Almede Goodwin, Rufus Clark, 
Almisle Watson ........................................................
