Probated March 21, 1872

I, Conrad Drasher, of Butler Township, County of Luzerne, former, do make
this  my last will and testament.....I order that all my just debts,
funeral expenses, and charges of proving this my will, be paid and fully
satisfied, and after payment thereof and every part thereof.
1st.  It is my will that my wife Sarah shall elect to take as much
household goods, and furniture as she may desire, two cows, two hogs, room
in the stable for her animals, to be taken by her, without being appraised,
and in the lieu of the three hundred dollars allowed widows.
2nd.  The residue of the stock, farming utensils, and the personal property
upon the premises to be sold, and the proceeds thereof to go toward paying
just debts.
3rd.  My Sarah is to have the one half of the house to occupy as a dwelling
in the west end, and room in the Barn for grain hay etc, and my wife Sarah
is to have the one third of what is raised upon the premises and to have
pasture for her cattle upon the farm.
4th.  The farm to be under the direction of my Executors and I do appoint
my wife guardian over my minor children.
5th.  And after the decease or marriage of my wife Sarah, then the one
third of all that is raised upon the premises is not to be paid to her
after such intermarriage, and the farm after her marriage or decease, to be
sold to the best advantage by my executors, who are hereby empowered to
make title or titles for said farm, and the proceeds thereof to be equally
divided amongst my heirs and legal representatives.  And I do hereby
nominate constitute and appoint Stephen Drasher of Hazle Township and
Nathan Drasher of Butler Township my Executors if this my last will and
testament, hereby revoking and making void, all former wills, by me at any
time heretofore made, and declare this only my last will and testament.  In
witness whereof I the said testator, have to this my last will and
testament, set my hand and seal this 16th day of November 1871.
