I John Drasher of the Township of Butler County of Luzerne Commonwealth of Pennsylvania farmer being of sound mind and memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in manner and form following.... Item first. that all my legal debts and funeral expenses shall all be paid by executrix hereinafter mention. 2nd that then there shall be paid out of my estate to my daughter Clara Drasher fifty Dollars. To my son Ambrose Drasher fifty dollars & to my son Harvey Drasher fifty dollars being money I hold in trust for them being heirship from their Grandfather Snyders Estate to be paid to them as they become of full age by my Executrix. and as to the balance or residue of Estate I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Catherine Drasher all my property, real, personel, and mixed to have and to hold the same and to have full control and use the said property as she shall see fit for her support and if necessary for her support to sell any of my personal property that she shall see fit to sell so long as she shall remain my widow, if she should not marry again then the all the property shall be for her own proper use during her natural life and after her death all the property that shall remain from her support and the paying of her funeral expenses shall be sold both real personal or mixed that my beloved wife Catherine shall have left remaining shall be sold and converted into money and then equally divided between my nine children and their heirs share and share alike as follows to my son Milton or his one ninth part to my son George one ninth part to my son Jacob A. one ninth part to the heirs of my Daughter Emma deceased one ninth part to the heirs of my son Wilson deceased one ninth part to my daughter Sarah one ninth part to my daughter Clara one ninth part to my son Ambrose one ninth part and to my son Harvey one ninth part. Should it so happen that my beloved wife should marry again then and in such case then Immediately after her marriage all my property that shall be remaining shall be sold and converted into money and divided into nine equal share to my nine children share and share alike each one to have equal with the other from the old to the youngest. And I do nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Catherine Drasher sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I John Drasher the testator have to this my will written on one sheet legal cap paper set my hand and seal this 24th day of June A.D. 1891.
