Eigenbrod of the Township of Dorrance, County of Luzerne and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say: ITEM 1: I desire that I be burried (sic) in keeping with my estate and all all (sic) my debts be paid. I hereby bequeath $200.00 as perpetual care to the Reformed and Lutheran Cemetary (sic) Association at Dorrance, Pa. I hereby will to Agnes Bittenbender of Wapwallopen, Pa., R.D. 2 $300.00. To Edith Huttenstine of WapWallopen (sic), R.D. 2 $300.00. I desire the balance of my estate to be divided into three equal shares one share to be given to my sister Mrs. Elizabeth Huttenstine of Wapwallopen R.D. 2 to be paid The First National Bank of Nanticoke in a trust fund held by Edith Huttenstine to paid as my sister may deeds it, in sickness, health or death. Whatever remains at her death after all her expenses are cared for shall fall to Edith Huttenstine. The second share shall be paid to my sister Anna Glance of Hazleton, Pa. The third share shall be divided equally among the children of my Brother, George Eigenbrod, each to share and share alike. I further direct that all my personal property and real estate be sold any time within 90 days after my death, that my real estate must bring $2000.00 or over and I hereby authorize my executor to sign all deeds and papers to make such necessary sales. And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed, of whatever nature or kind, or wheresoever situate at the time of my decease, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath, And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint John Glance of 620 North Vine Street, Hazleton, Pa. to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments, by me at any time heretofore made, and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament. Eigenbrod late of the Township of Dorrance Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were present, and saw and heard John A. Eigenbrod the testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that they did sign their names as subscribing witnesses in the presence of each other, and in the presence and at the request of the said testator. Brace Deputy AND NOW, TO WIT, 16th day of January 1943, having considered the testimony offered in this case and filed the same of record, I do adjudge the foregoing writing to be duly proved as the last will and testament of the said John A.
