Henry Eiger I, Henry Eiger, being of sound disposing mind and memory, but being in feeble health do make and declare this to,be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all my former wills at any time heretofore made. First: I direct my Executor hereinafter mentioned to pay all my justb debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as possible. The rest and residue of my Estate, real property and mixed of whatever nature and wherever found. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Fanny Eiger to have and to hold to her in ?? simple; lastly, I hereby appoint my beloved wife my sole Executrix. Witness my hand and seal this 26th day of February A.D. 1889. Henry Eiger (seal) Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named testators and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who, at his request, and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as the witnesses thereto. W. Raider W. Biddle Registers Office, Wilkes-Barre, 9 March 1889. Luzerne County, ss.. This day before me James M. Greevy Esq., Register of Wills in and for the county aforesaid personally came W. Raider, one of the subscribing witnesses to the above and foregoing last will and testament of Henry Eiger late of the City of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law says he was present and saw and heard Henry Eiger, the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind and memory and understanding to the best of his knowledge and belief and that he did sign his name as a subscribing witness in the presence of W. Biddle and in the presence and at the request of the said testator. Sworn and subscribed before me ) the day and year above written. ) James M Greevy, Register ) W. Raider H. W. County of Luzerne ) In conformity with the above will and probate thereof Letters Testamentary thereon whereon this 11th day of March A.D. 1889 granted unto Fanny Eiger she having first been duly sworn to well and truly administer the goods and chattel, rights and credits which were of thew said Henry Eiger deceased according to law.
