No 200 of 1896, Annie G Fernau

Will

I, Annie G Fernau of Hazleton in the county of Luzerne, and state of 
Pennsylvania, Widow, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and 
publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all 
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First I direct that my body be decently interred, and my funeral be conducted 
in a manner corresponding to my estate and situation in life.

As to such estate as I may die possessed of, I dispose of the same as follows:  
I give and bequeath, to my sons and daughters, all of my real and personal 
property, share and share alike.  I direct that my executors hereinafter named 
shall hold in trust one hundred dollars of my son John Fernau's share during 
his life, said amount to bear interest, at three percent, and be applied to my 
said son John Fernau's funeral expenses when he dies.

I hereby name, constitute and appoint my sons Adam Fernau, Henry Fernau and 
William Fernau, and son-in-law John Schutter sole executors of this my last 
will and testament.

In witness whereof I, Annie G Fernau, the Testatrix, have to this my will 
written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this eleventh day of June 
A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety two.

her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request have 
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testatrix
