Mary Shiber Frederick I, Mary Frederick, of the City of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as possible out of the Just monies that shall come in the hands of my Executors shall be paid. Also I bequeath to my son Henry C. Frederick all such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with being personal property and money in the Peoples Bank at Wilkes-Barre. And I do hereby make and ordain C. C. Shiber Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I Mary Frederick the testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal the first day of February A.D. 1892. Mary Frederick (seal) Signed, sealed and declared in the presence of us and each other and at the request of the testator. R. Murdoch Wm. Shiber C. S. Groff Date of Death 7th day of June 1896 at 2: A.M. Register's Office, Wilkes-Barre, Pa June 19, 1896. Luzerne County, ss: This day before me S. W. Davenport Register of Wills in and for the County aforesaid personally came R. Murdock and Wm. Shiber the subscribing witnesses to the above and foregoing last Will and Testament of Mary Frederick late of the City of Wilkes-Barre deceased who being duly sworn according to law do say that they were present and saw and heard Mary Frederick the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for her last Will and Testament and that at the time of so doing, she was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that they did sign their names as subscribing witnesses in the presence of each other and in the presence of each other and in the presence and at the request of the said Testatrix. Sworn and subscribed before me this day and year above written. S. W. Davenport, Register R. Murdoch J.J. Breslin, Deputy Wm. Shiber And now to wit: 19 day of June 1896, having considered the testimony offered in this case and filed the same of record, I do adjudge the foregoing writing to be duly found as the last Will and Testament of the said Mary Frederick now deceased, and as such I do enter the same of record according to law. Breslin, Deputy Luzerne County, ss; In accordance with the above will and probate thereof letters Testamentary thereon whereon the 19th day of June 1896 granted unto Charles C, Shiber the Executor named in the will, he having first been duly sworn to well and truly administer the goods and Chattels, rights and credits which were of said deceased according to law.
