WILL OF BARBARA HECK. Be it remembered that I Barbara Heck of the City of Wilkes-Barre county or Luzerne and State of Pennsylvania. being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say ... I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as possible after my decease. I give devise and bequeath unto my sons John Heck. Jacob Heck. Christian Heck, Peter Heck and my daughters Mary Staub and Leena Staub all my personal or mixed Estate of whatever nature or kind or wheresoever situate at the time of my decease to them or their heirs share and share alike. And lastly I do make constitute and appoint my son Peter Heck to be the Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Twenty Seventh day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten Barbara Heck (Seal) Signed, sealed, published and declared by the Testatrix above named as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto at her request subscribed our names in her presence and in the presence of each ocher as witnesses hereto. Frank Fluegel (Seal) George Whipple (Seal) Date or Death, 5th day of Feb.1911 at 9 O'clock A.M. Register's Office Wilkes-Barre Pa. , Feb.23.19ll. Luzerne County, ss:-. This day before me Chas.B.Smith Register of Wills,in and for the county aforesaid, personally came Frank Fluegel and George WhippIe the subscribing witnesses to the above and foregoing last Will end Testament of Barbara Heck late of the City of Wilkes-Barre Luzerne County and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were present, and saw and heard Barbara Heck the testatrix, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument or writing as and for her last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing she was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best or their knowledge end belief, and that they did sign their names as subscribing witnesses in the presence of each other, and in the presence and at the request of the said testatrix. Having considered the testimony offered in this case and filed the same of record, I do adjudge the foregoing writing to be duly proved as the last will end testament of the said Barbara Heck now deceased, and as such I do enter the same or record according to law. A.D. 1911 granted unto Peter heck of Wilkes-Barre, the executor therein named, he having first been duly sworn to well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of the said deceased according to law.
