Kunkle >From Luzerne County Court House, PA No. 516, 1914 I, Henry S. Kunkle, of the City of Hazleton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make, publish and declare the following as my last will and testament; First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors as soon as possible after my deceased. Second: I give and bequeath unto the Hazleton Cemetery Association, of Hazleton, Pa., the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) in trust, to invest and reinvest the same in good securities, and to collect and receive the income therefrom and to use and expend such income and profit annually in the maintenance and care of my Cemetery plot in Vine Street Cemetery, in Hazleton, Pa. Third: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, unto my wife, Lennia Elizabeth Kunkle she to have and to hold the same for and during the term of her natural life; and I direct that my undivided interest in the Livery business now carried on under firm name of Kunkle & Bro., in Hazleton, Pa. be not sold during her natural life, and that the same be carried on as heretofore, unless deemed wise and expedient by my said wife and a majority of my living children that same be sold when and in which event the same may be sold at any time sooner. Fourth: Upon the death of my said wife, Lennia Elizabeth Kunkle I direct that my said entire estate, real, personal and mixed, be equally divided among my six (6) children, namely: Bert E., Cornelius, Maude, Walter, Adah and Wilson, share and share alike. Lastly: I nominate and appoint my said wife, Lennia Elizabeth Kunkle, and my son, Bert E. Kunkle, executors of this my last will and testament, with full power to the survivor of them; giving and granting unto my said executors, or the survivor of them, full power and authority to sell and convey any and all of my real estate, or any interest which I may hold in any real estate, for such price or prices, upon such terms and conditions, and to such person or persons as to them, or the survivor of them, shall seem best, at either private or public sale or sales, and to grant and convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, his, her or their heirs and assigns, free and clear of all liability for or on account of the application of the purchase money.
