Brown buwbrown@comcast.net Source: Original Document File Written: 1875 Clara N. Huling v. Robert Bennett. Cyrus Ranck, Charles King, Seth Wilson, Baltes Deutchley, G.W. Smith & Thomas Bennett have determined that Robert Bennett is a lunatic. He is aged 67 years. He owns no real estate but has money in the bank in Williamsport, household goods and books. Heirs: daughter Clara N. Huling, wife of Seely R. Huling, aged 30 years; granddaughter Agnes Stryker, age 12, child of a deceased daughter. Dr. Jane Sailer testified to medical details. Benjamin Bennett, a brother, testified that Robert was born 1808 and resided on Penn Street in Williamsport. His mother d. 1864. Evidently employed on Tidewater Canal in 1838. His wife is dead. Clara N. Huling testified that Agnes Stryker is aged between 12 & 13 and lives in Milton, Northampton Co., with her father, Isaac Stryker.
