  Mrs. Leroy Thomas
     Mrs. Hazel C. Thomas, 73, of 501 Allegany St., died at 2:10 p.m. Saturday 
  in Bradford Hospital following a long illness.
     She was born Nov. 23, 1898 in Brooklyn, N.Y., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
  Harold C. Hanson. She was married July 24, 1924 in Smethport to Leroy Thomas, 
  who predeceased her in death in 1958.
     Mrs. Thomas was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
     Surviving are one son, Kenneth L. Thomas of Yorktown Heights, N.Y.; six 
  grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A son, Donald, died in 1961.
     A Requiem Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Luke’s Episcopal 
  Church with the Rev. Calvin Miller officiating. Burial was in McKean Memorial 
  Park.
     Bearers were Ernest H. Botsford, Jr., Milton L. Dodge, Richard S. Nourse, 
  Richard G. Raymond, Joseph P. Willson and W. G. Wilcox.
