E. Ferris Deceased 1945, January 6: Affidavit of Hazel Robson, that H.E. Ferris late of Eldred, Pa., died on December 28, 1944, filed. Same day: Petition of Hazel Robson requesting the probate of will. filed. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, H.E. Ferris, of the Borough of Eldred, County of McKean and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, declare and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills in writing by me heretofore made. FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as possible after my decease by my Executor hereinafter named. SECOND: I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars to my niece, Mabel Barnes, now residing in Long Beach, California. THIRD: I give and bequeath the sum of fifty ($50.00) Dollars to my nephew, Earl Barnes, now residing in Long Beach, California. FOURTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares, to Hazel Robson of Eldred, Pennsylvania, Howard Frisbee of Norristown, Pennsylvania, Leon Frisbee of Eldred, Pennsylvania, Richard Frisbee of Bradford, Pennsylvania, Donald Frisbee of Eldred, Pennsylvania, Cleo M. Kearney of Scranton, Pennsylvania and Arlene Frisbee of Eldred, Pennsylvania, if living on the date of my death. If not living, then to the survivors. LASTLY, I name, constitute and appoint Hazel Robson, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last will and testament, this 14th day of February, 1944. H.E. Ferris, the testator, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. Ferris (Seal) State of Pennsylvania- County of McKean) as: Personally came before me Ralph E. Scott, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of administration, in and for the county aforesaid T.L. McDowell, one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, who being duly sworn according to law, says that he was present, and saw and heard H.E. Ferris, the testator within named, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and athat (sic) at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of his knowledge and belief, and that he signed his name as witness thereto in the presence of and at the request of the said testator and in the presence of Maxine M.
