bequeath: my beloved wife, Ann, all my personal property to have and to hold 
(includes house and 11 acres),
1) daughter Louisa E Howe, widow of Oscar Howe, 100 dollars.
2) daughter Victoria L, intermarried with A.A. Horton, 50 dollars.
3) daughter Mary B, intermarried with James Maloney, 50 dollars.
4) daughter Mary R, intermarried with J.E.  Slocum, 50 dollars.
5) son Marshall D Harris, 50 Dollars
6) son Frederick J Harris, 25 dollars
7) son Fernando C Harris, 5 dollars
Executor to be Marshall D. Harris   Dated 18 Sep 1884

Codecil:
 Give land to Fernando after death of his mother, providing he pays rightful expenses.
