Last Will and Testament In The Name of God, Amen. I, Peter Peterson of Farmers Valley County of McKean and State of Penna. being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me. First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. Second. I direct that all my property, both real estate and personal, shall be transferred and delivered over to my wife, Carolina Peterson, the same, being in excess over all debts and funeral expenses. Third. I nominate and appoint my wife, Carolina Peterson, the executor of this will; with power to dispose of the above property as she may see fit. I do hereby make, constitute and appoint Carolina Peterson to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In Witness Whereof, I, Peter Peterson the Testator above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the Twentieth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen. Eastman, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County aforesaid, S.B. Stull and Michael Herzog, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were present, and saw and heard Peter Peterson, the testator within named, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that they signed their names as witnesses thereto in the presence of and at the request of the said testator and in the presence of each other.
