KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,

THAT WE George Molston and William Mitchell all of Mifflin county and 
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, are held and firmly bound unto this Commonwealth 
aforesaid, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars money of the United States, to be 
paid to the said commonwealth, and to which payment well and truly to be made 
and done; We bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators, jointly and 
severally, and all and every of us and them firmly by these presents
Sealed with our seal, and dated the twentieth day of December Anno Domini 1827.

THE condition of this obligation is such, that if the above bounden George 
Molston--------guardian of the person and estate of Sally - Samuel - David - 
Robert - Mary Ann - James - John and William Molston -- minors of Samuel 
Molston--late of Derry -- township Mifflin county deceased, shall at least once 
every three years or whenever required by the court, to render a just and true 
account of the county aforesaid (according to the directions of the acts of 
Assembly, in such cases made and provided) of the management of the property 
and estate of the said minor under his care.  And shall also deliver up said 
property agreeably to the order of the decree of said court, or the directions 
of law  And shall in all respects, faithfully perform the duties of guardian, 
as aforesaid.  Then the above obligation to be void and of no effect, or else 
to be and remain in full force and virtue.
