Norma I. Abram, 93, of Mifflintown, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Brookline
Manor.
Born April 21, 1930, in Altoona, she was a daughter of the late Millard C. and
Martina (Wombacher) Stitt.
She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, James S. Abram, whom she married
June 13, 1953, and four children, Susan L. Carbaugh of Newburg, Winifred “Wendy” C.
Holtry of Shippensburg, Timothy J. Abram of Palm Coast, Fla. and Jeffrey S. Abram of
Mifflintown. She has three sisters, Doris Bates of Grand Rapids, Mich., Mary
Catherine Barkman of Punxsutawney, and Barbara Dick of Altoona.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Stitt
and David Stitt and sister, Rosella Brish.
Interment in Westminster Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown.
