Stephen L. “Steve” Bargo, 65, of Port Royal, passed away peacefully at 5:20 a.m.,
Sunday, July 21, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his family.
Born on Aug. 22, 1958, in Lewistown, Mifflin County, he is a son of the late Ronald
and Barbara (Norris) Bargo. On Friday, March 13, 1998, he married his late wife,
Melinda Kay (Seacrist) Bargo, with whom he was blessed to share more than 25 years
of marriage and more than 32 years of companionship before her passing on Aug. 8,
2023.
He is survived by his son, Erik S. Bargo of Mifflintown and three siblings, Keith
Bargo, Lesa Klinger and Scott Bargo all of Port Royal.
