Ivan M. Bishop, 91, of McClure, passed on Saturday, March 9 at Geisinger Medical
Center, Danville.
He was born May 19, 1932, in McClure, a son of the late Albert H. and Mabel R.
(Hockenbroch) Bishop. On Dec. 24, 1952, he married the former Norma J. Treaster who
survives.
In addition to his wife Norma, he is survived by one son, Jerry Bishop; three
daughters, Joni Heimbach, Jayni Walter, Jeanna Strausser;
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Park, Rodney, Warren “Lindy” Bishop; two
sisters, Emeline Brininger and Jeanette Robison.
Burial in McClure Union Cemetery.
