Barbara R. Brubaker, 69, of Lewistown, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023, at her
home.
Born April 1, 1954, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Loise
(Snyder) Reed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard
Brubaker.
Barbara is survived by sons, Ben Brubaker and wife, Kendra, of N.J., and Kenneth
Brubaker, of Lewistown, and grandchildren, Evan and Elizabeth Brubaker.
She was a Penn Highlands High School, Rothrock Campus graduate, Class of 1972.
Barbara retired from Juniata Valley Behavioral and Developmental Services as a
caseworker.
Per her request, there will be no services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Barbara’s memory may be made to
Huntingdon County Humane Society, 11371 School House Hollow Road, Huntingdon, PA
16652.
Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan Street, Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
