Thomas Roy Brumbaugh, 81, passed away peacefully at Celebration Villa of Nittany
Valley on Feb. 23, 2024.
Son of Melvin and Mildred (Filer) Brumbaugh, he was born July 1, 1942 in Altoona.
 He graduated from Altoona Area High School in 1960 and entered the Navy shortly
after, serving proudly on the USS Norfolk as a machine repairman. 
Tom is survived by his daughter Jacqueline Mayers.
Tom married his late wife Shirley, on Dec. 4, 1962.
