Carl David “Pops” Byler, 58, of Arch Rock, Mifflintown, passed away Saturday
evening, July 15, 2023, at his home.
Born Aug. 2, 1964, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Irvin Esley Byler Sr. and
Gladyse Virginia (Yocum) Byler.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Luther
Byler.
Carl is survived by: four children, Alyson Rae Byler, of McClure, Kaleb Esley Byler,
of Pittsburgh, Aubrey Jaid Loht of Enola, and Kahly Ilese Kelly, of Burnham: sister,
Kay Louise Leach, of Mifflintown; and brothers, Irvin Esley Byler Jr. of McClure,
and Lawrence Timothy “PeeWee” Byler of Arch Rock.
