(INS) A 42-year-old combat veteran of World War II, was killed Tuesday in a two-car collision on the Paintersville Road about 10 miles east of Lewistown. Donald Biddle was returning home from work with five companions from the American Viscose Co., when the car collided with one driven by Roy Boreman, state police reported. Biddle was thrown from the front seat, out a jarred open door and into the path of the overturning car. The driver was identified by police as Ray D. Swanger.
