Judy M. Carter, 81, of Naginey died peacefully Wednesday, July 5 at her home with
her daughters by her side. She was born Sept. 30, 1941, the daughter of the late
Norman (Curtis) and Nina (Mowery) Stricker. Judy was preceded in death by her
husband Daniel R. Carter in 2018. 
She is survived by their two children, Robin J. Carter of Reedsville and Diane L.
Peterson and husband, Barry, of Harrisburg.
Interment in Juniata Memorial Cemetery
