Roger Cliber ‘Ghost’
Sep 22, 2023
Roger Cliber, 50, of Lewistown, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at home
from a stroke.
He was born Sept. 12, 1973, in Maryland, to Mary (Dean) Bilger and Larry Cliber, who
survive.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Jarrod Bilger; a sister,
Kimberly Carson and a brother, Larry Cliber.
